Lora had our house under contract in less than one week. She priced the property competitively and posted beautiful professional pictures to help promote it. Lora helped us through the inspection/resolution process by applying her local knowledge in getting the septic tank, well and other things taken care of. I really can't say enough good things about Lora and High Ridge as a whole. She made what was going to be an impossible task of finding and closing a home in Jefferson during the literally craziest market to buy in not only easy, but she found me the house of my dreams.

I gave her a bulleted list of what I needed from a house: geographic location, property layout, size, privacy, price point and most importantly.. I wanted to live on a Colorado mountain dirt road. Now, I had taken some rides to see houses with other realtors in my general area and some into the area and nothign was clicking and it was looking like a year of renting was gonna have to happen. Lora told me to meet her at the Sinclair (if you're local, you know this spot) and when I pulled up she met me in a lifted Silverado and said "So you wanna go see some dirt road houses? lets go"
